Kayla Maxwell

Kayla Maxwell always knew she wanted to be an Owner/Operator for Chick-fil-A. She started her journey at 16 and learned everything she could to quickly move through the ranks from team member to general manager. After college, she was accepted into the prestigious two-year Chick-fil-A leadership program, where she launched new stores around the country including the first international store in Toronto, Canada. As a result of her success and hard work, at age 28, she was selected as the owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A franchisee in Bonney Lake, Washington.  Kayla is passionate about building up leaders and fostering a culture of care for her team and customers. She believes that a healthy culture is crafted by design and being intentional. Kayla and her husband of 10 years, Blake, live in Bonney Lake along with their two beautiful children Tyler (6) and Raelyn (9 months).
